Paper Abstract:      This work presents how we use ontology in the Dynamic Balance Point (PED in Portuguese, its original language) to define the relationship among people, technology and process. This work developed by a multidisciplinary group researchers, contains the following behavioral features: goals, persistency, planning and commitment, that are the mobilize characteristics or lifestyle of people. On PED Model research, (i) when we are working with people, we have the integration and balance point between the cognition-emotion, when this interaction measures the capabilities and competencies of the people through diagnosis-self; (ii) when we are working with technology, we have the integration of people with technology transformation; and (iii) when we are working with processes, we have the integration and cognition-emotion through methodology to develop flexible learning mechanisms to acquire instructional knowledge and practices, because the Language of the communication is more than words. It is culture, habit and attitude that are included into the relation ‘cognitive-emotionintegration’. The purpose of this work will evidence the interactions person-to-person, person-to-technology, person-to-processes and technology-processes. This work includes the interacting knowledge among the elements people-technology-process demonstrating from multidisciplinary areas such as artificial intelligence, emotional intelligence, cognitive-emotion and psychology for the life’s quality.
